1. What is the pre-order duration?

All our treats are made fresh in small batches. Pre-order typically takes 3–7 working days. You’ll receive an update once your order is ready to ship.

2. Why do you use a pre-order system?

To ensure maximum freshness. We handcraft each batch after orders come in, so your treats are never old, mass-produced, or stored for long periods.

3. What ingredients do you use?

100% natural, human-grade ingredients with no preservatives. We mainly use goat milk powder, natural fruit/vegetable powders for coloring, and pet-safe ingredients.

4. Are your treats safe for dogs & cats?

Yes! Our treats are gently made with pet-friendly ingredients. However, please check if your pet has any allergies.

5. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer:
• Standard tracked delivery (via SingPost) $4.50
• Free delivery for orders $60 & up

8. Do you accept urgent orders?

We accept urgent orders case-by-case depending on your baking schedule. Drop us a DM and we’ll try our best.

9. Do you accept custom shapes or colours?

Yes, if our schedule allows. Additional charges may apply for new molds or customisation.

10. My pet has allergies. Can you customise ingredients?

We can adjust some recipes depending on the allergy. DM us and we’ll check if it’s possible.

11. Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of ordering, as we start preparing ingredients early.
Changes allowed if production hasn’t started.

12. Do you provide refunds?

Due to the nature of handmade food products, refunds are only provided for manufacturing issues or wrong items received.

13. Are the colors natural?

Yes! All colors come from natural fruit/vegetable powders like beetroot, spinach, blue pea, pumpkin, etc. No artificial coloring.

14. Can puppies eat your treats?

Yes, our treats are gentle and suitable for most puppies (3 months+). Always introduce slowly.
